By accessing or using Consilero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Beta Service
Consilero is currently in beta. Features may change or be removed, and the service may experience downtime. Beta access is provided "as is".
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Consilero a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consilero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
